Firmus floats into reality as sceptical investors force a rewrite of the IPO

The AFR reported that sceptical investors are forcing a rewrite of Firmus's IPO and that its bankers are considering cutting the offer price, and published pieces on what Firmus tells investors, the escrow terms and how the Firmus founder is hedged. IBTimes Australia linked a fall in Maas Group to the float. Earlier Reuters reports put the price at $11 and the raise near $7.1 billion.

The float is a test for AI infrastructure valuations when bond yields are high.

Index funds will own it if it lists.
