Canada's greenhouse-gas emissions rose by 6 megatonnes in a year, Radio-Canada and Le Devoir reported, and The Globe and Mail reported a climate report saying the country is at risk of missing its emissions goals. The Globe also reported that oilpatch profits are vastly outpacing spending, at least for now.
It adds to the concern that Canada will miss its emissions goals.
