PVC collection due to begin nationwide on Friday, Tech Economy reported
Tech Economy reported that Permanent Voter Card collection would begin nationwide on Friday, October 9, after INEC said the voter register passed 103 million (Nairametrics, Blueprint). The commission's own notice on centres was not seen.
