M-1 motorway closed and hundreds of containers placed on routes to Islamabad
The Express Tribune reported the M-1 motorway closed indefinitely, and ARY News reported more than 800 containers placed in Rawalpindi, Taxila, Attock and along the motorway, with Punjab facing large security costs.
These measures are meant to stop the march at the Punjab border.
