More properties are going under the hammer, but don't expect dirt-cheap buys
The Straits Times reported that more properties are being sold at auction, but buyers should not expect bargains. It said it is the buyer's responsibility to check any dues and liabilities attached to an auctioned property. DailyDrop has not seen the number of auctions or the price data.
Auctions can look cheap, yet unpaid fees or debts can come with the property.
