USA Today and the New York Times reported that a man who pulled a gun inside the federal courthouse in Nashville was fatally shot on Thursday by a security guard, and Fox News described it as an attempted attack. The man’s identity, his motive and whether anyone else was hurt were not described in the headlines and summaries we saw, so we are leaving them out.
