Australia take charge of the first Test in Durban as the Proteas fall 106 runs behind

On day three at Kingsmead, South Africa were bowled out 106 runs behind (News24, SuperSport). SuperSport put Australia's overall lead at 139. Sky Sports named Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon among the wickets. The Citizen said two days remain, and The South African said only bad light could rescue the Proteas.

The first Test sets the tone for the series, and a loss at home would put pressure on the batting order.

Day four is Monday; the match can be followed on SuperSport.

Australia control the game. The Proteas need a very long second-innings stand, and the weather is their best hope.
