KLCI gains 1.60 points to 1,633.35; ringgit steady at about RM4.08 before the Budget
The FBM KLCI rose 1.60 points to 1,633.35 (Bernama). The Bank Negara 5pm rate was 4.0835/4.087 (Business Today). WTI settled at US$89.44, gold at US$4,187.1 and the S&P 500 at 7,818.93.
The KLCI is rising slowly before the Budget.
