Wall Street slips from a record as oil jumps above US$102 in the morning

The S&P 500 closed down 0.2% at 7,801.77 after moving above its August high (Crypto Daily, citing AP). The Nasdaq fell 61.20 points. Brent topped US$102 in the morning and settled at US$100.20. The 10-year yield hit 5.36% intraday. WTI settled at US$88.28 and gold fell 1.11% to US$4,140.7.
