NZX 50 rises 0.4% to 13,749 on Friday, ending the week higher
The NZX 50 rose 58 points, or 0.4%, to 13,749 on Friday and gained about 0.5% for the week (Trading Economics). Interest.co.nz's 3pm snapshot showed it flat and up 0.1% on the week. Delegat, a2 Milk, Gentrack and Freightways were among the gainers.
It ends a choppy week for local shares.
KiwiSaver share funds edged up.
The late rally contrasts with the 3pm flat reading.
