Black Caps recall Allen, Ferguson and Seifert for the India ODIs
New Zealand named its one-day international squad for the India series, recalling Finn Allen, Lockie Ferguson and Tim Seifert, with Rachin Ravindra returning (The Straits Times, CNA, The Economic Times, Cricbuzz). Pace bowler Will O'Rourke has been ruled out of the ODIs and the Tests, Cricbuzz reported, with an eye on an Australia comeback. New Zealand will also wear a special jersey named Kotahitanga, Rediff reported.
The squad shows who the selectors trust for the next 50-over cycle.
The series is a home summer fixture; watch for ticket and broadcast details.
Losing O'Rourke for both formats thins the pace attack, so Ferguson's return matters.
