TVNZ's 5 November debate becomes a Q+A People's Debate after Luxon declines
TVNZ had planned a second leaders' debate on 5 November but Luxon declined the invitation, so the slot will instead host the Q+A People's Debate, which puts voters' questions to every party that qualifies (1News). The 6 October debate was the first of four TVNZ debates and the only head-to-head.
It means voters will not see the two leaders face to face again on TVNZ.
